Letter From the Dean
Dear Fellow Scouters:
Welcome to the 17th annual Lord Baden – Powell University of Scouting, LBPU-2006. As we approach another successful year of advance supplemental training for our leaders, we are faced with many challenges such as diversity, membership, and finance. LBPU takes the lead in guiding and providing skills to our top leaders to meet these challenges.
Our theme for 2006 is “Touch the Future --Share Your Knowledge”. Mark your calendar for March 17-19, 2006. It is my wish, and that of my committee, that you make a serious review of your council training needs in your district and unit role, and let LBPU serve you.
Our goal is to provide you the finest training experience offered in the Scouting program I look forward to seeing you in March, 2006.
